1.  Collection of Personal Information

The Company shall appropriately collect customers’ personal information to the extent necessary for the performance of its business.

2.  Purposes of Use of Personal Information

The Company shall use the personal information it collects from customers to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use set forth in the following items.

• (1) To conduct the business of the Company or other Création group companies
• (2) To handle administrative matters related to transactions with customers, to provide information from the Company, and to respond to inquiries, etc.
• (3) To respond to acts that violate the terms of use separately established by the Company
• (4) To improve and enhance the business of the Company or other Création group companies, and to develop new products or services
• (5) To use for marketing and other purposes, including providing customers with information about products or services offered by the Company or third parties

3.  Provision to Third Parties, Outsourcing, and Joint Use of Personal Information

• (1) Except as permitted under the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company will not provide personal information obtained from customers to third parties (including third parties located overseas) without obtaining the customer’s prior consent.
• (2) The Company may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information to a third party to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use. In such cases, the Company shall select a contractor that maintains an adequate level of security in handling personal information and shall exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over such contractor.
• (3) The Company shall jointly use personal information obtained from customers within the scope set forth below.

4.  Security Control Measures

In handling personal information, the Company shall implement security control measures under strict management to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or damage of such information, and shall endeavor to review these measures on an ongoing basis. 5.  Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use of Personal Information

In accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, customers may request disclosure, etc. of their personal information (meaning notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion, erasure, suspension of use or provision to third parties, and disclosure of records of provision to third parties). Upon receiving such a request from a customer, the Company shall respond appropriately in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act.

7.  Changes to This Privacy Policy

The Company may revise this Privacy Policy as necessary. In the event of any revision, the Company shall provide notice thereof by appropriate means.
